I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California providing both telehealth (throughout CA) and in person services in West LA, California.

I completed my Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles. Over the years I have trained in community mental health, high schools, adolescent detention centers, addiction treatment facilities, sexual abuse prevention programs and private practice settings across Southern California. I work with all kinds of people, but am particularly passionate about working with adult anxiety, self esteem, relationship challenges, couples and families of all kinds, and those healing from trauma.

Connect with Stella

I find that the feeling you really click with someone is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. Prior to setting up initial appointments with future clients, I love the opportunity to connect through a complimentary consultation call.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client and is informed by both evidence based and relational modalities. I am trained in Narrative, Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment based and Internal Family Systems theories allowing my work to meet the unique needs of each client.

My Approach

My commitment to helping others stems from my own struggles, and the powerful healing I experienced through therapy. After which I began to devote my life to creating empathetic and collaborative relationships with my clients, supporting them in their own journeys of growth and healing. In addition to my practical experience, I strive to bring my unique blend of energy, patience, and knowledge to my connections with clients. Most importantly, I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore the issues that are holding them back, and begin to allow for more happiness and self-esteem in their day-to-day life.
